Using the blockset
When using the installed GOcontroll toolbox, support for GOcontroll hardware is added to your model library in Simulink. You can add blocks from the library to your model by drag and drop.
The explanation from blocks can be found in the so called mask of the block. When you double click on the mask, information is shown, followed by configuration parameters specific for the block that was opened.
Example: 6 channel output module
When this block is added to your model, you can open the mask by double click on the block.

On the top you will see relevant information for this specific block. How to use and how to configure. Each parameter that can be configured, is explained in a nutshell.

Below the information box, the configuration parameters can be selected. When using modules with IO pins to the automotive connectors, Pin ID’s are dynamically updated when selecting the controller type and module slot the module is installed on. This feature provides a perfect overview to align with your electric schematics.
